11th Annual Olympics (2025)

DATE: Friday, 6/13 (8pm) + Saturday, 6/14 (all day)

TIME: 8:45am-5:30pm

LOCATION: Yonsei University International Campus, Songdo

STEP 1: Sign up to be part of a team (by community groups)

Please talk to your team captains about what to bring:

Teams should bring their own ice coolers, tumblers/water, ice, mats/blankets, and towels. Team members should wear a matching color of their team color.

ALL team players (Kidspring, RISE, and adults) must sign a waiver form prior to participating in the first event. Liability forms for Kidspring must be done by parents (minors under 18 years old), which is located online.

STEP 2: Make sure to prepare the necessary items

  • Wear your team colors | 팀 색깔을 입고 오세요
  • Sunscreen, coolers, ice, drinks, mats/lawn chairs, etc. (personal belongings) | 선크림과 아이스박스, 얼음, 음료, 돗자리, 휴대용 캠핑의자 등은 각자 자유롭게 가져오시면 됩니다
  • Children (36 months-5th grade) should wear a blue-colored
    t-shirt | 36개월-5학년 어린이는 파란색 티셔츠를 입혀주세요
  • No plastic cleats allowed in any events. Please bring/wear either tennis shoes or rubber sole shoes (Only cleats type TF are allowed) | 경기장에서 플라스틱 스파이크 신발 착용이 금지됩니다. 운동화 혹은 고무로 된 신발을 신고 와주세요 (TF 타입 스파이크 신발만 허용됩니다)

STEP 3: Join us for our Olympics ‘Opening Ceremony Game Competition’

올림픽 대회 개막식에 함께해주세요

When: Friday, 6/13 at 8pm

Where: Main Sanctuary | 어디: 본당

Info: The Opening Ceremony + is when all teams gather together dressed in their team colors. The first event, “The Game” will be played on this night. Also, teams will draw for seating brackets for each game at the Olympics and enjoy a time of fellowship with light snacks and refreshments.

STEP 4: Come on time for the Olympics

Note: We are meeting at Soccer Field (outdoors) for the Opening Ceremony on the morning-of. Please look at the maps (to be sent a few days prior) for guidance.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided in the cafeteria during the Olympics. Please let your team captain know if you/your family needs lunch (# adults / # kids).

Note: We expect players to be present at the time of each event. In the case that your team is not ready for the start of the event when your team is called, your team will forfeit that event. In order for us to stay on time and not delay games, this will be strictly enforced.

Come early and stay until the end to win raffle prizes!
